Experience:
Dr. Tulman is an experienced and highly skilled anesthesiologist. With over 15 years of experience in anesthesia and critical care, Dr. Tulman has served in a variety of clinical and academic positions.
In addition to being board-certified in both anesthesiology and critical care medicine, he is also a member of The American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Tulman has substantial academic experience, and his work has been published in notable medical journals. He has enthusiastically worked on educating the new generation of medical students in his role as Assistant Clinical Professor at Tampa General Hospital and the University of South Florida.
His outstanding medical knowledge and technique have been mastered through years of hands-on clinical experience at prominent medical centers throughout the country, such as Mount Sinai Medical Center, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Bayfront Health, Tampa General Hospital, and Blake Medical Center.

Dr. Tulman completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center and his fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.
