Experience:

Olga Medowska serves as the Director of Operations at ANR Clinic. She oversees strategic and operational planning and coordinates operations across US ANR Clinic locations. Through her executive oversight, the organization advances operational excellence, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and ensures the highest standards of regulatory compliance, while aligning personnel, policies, and resources to support ANR’s mission and long-term growth.

With over 6 years of experience in anesthesiology/addiction private practice and 12 years of experience in fast-paced medical environments, Olga is a seasoned healthcare professional. She actively participates in professional networking events and national conferences, contributing her vast expertise to discussions on operational excellence.
Before joining ANR Clinic, Olga accumulated substantial knowledge and experience at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, formerly Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. She held multiple roles at one of the largest hospitals in the region, including Patient Care Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO, CNO, and COO,providing high-level administrative and operational support across executive leadership.
