What to Expect During Your Stay
The hospital stay lasts approximately 36 hours. During the Regulation stage, you will be under sedation for 4 to 6 hours.
After discharge, you will complete three days of in-person follow-up appointments with the ANR follow-up team. These appointments are part of the Stabilization stage. They take place at or near the clinic. Florida-based patients can return home shortly after completing them.
The procedure and the three days of stabilization follow-ups all take place locally, in person. The Optimization phase that follows — the 6 to 12 months of ongoing check-ins — is handled remotely by phone and video, so you complete it from home rather than at the clinic.
